How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes between 3-12 days (depending on the item/location) to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and European countries. We also ship to dozens of other countries not listed but with slightly delayed shipping times, just email us if you have a question!
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday-Sunday. Orders will be processed within a business day from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day.
How do I track my order?
All of our orders come with a tracking number which is sent to you when your order is processed by our shipping team to the email you provide at checkout. Put in the wrong email or accidentally deleted the tracking number? No worries! Shoot us an email at contact@emberwands.com and we'll help you out.
